Lime & coriander hummus with rose harissa

Who doesn’t love hummus! I absolutely adore it and eat tons of it every day. It’s smooth, creamy, delicious and healthy! Especially when you make it yourself.

Hummus bought in store often contains some unnecessary ingredients like extra fat or chemical preservatives. That’s why it’s always better to make it yourself and you are going to find out how extremely easy it is!

Hummus is very versatile so you can add virtually anything you want to give it a little extra flavour. The most popular options are caramelised onions, paprika or roasted pepper. I added some lime juice and fresh coriander to mine, so its very fragrant and refreshing.
